Thank you for the reply. I am currently attending some meets ups here in San Jose and trying to network and find out if there are any meets ups that have investors familiar with the Stockton area. No luck finding it just yet but I am actively looking. I read some forums here and it's told, really is. Trying to finish learning all I can from these BP. I am very confident I want my first investments to be in Stockton, just because, as you mentioned the price point is quite attractive and there seems to be a lot of creative financing posts in conjunction with that area. Thank you again for the reply! Jason Monroe

And just wanted to add that the two of you don't have to answer that if you're not comfortable with it. Just was curious is all. Realized that it might be a conflict of interest and didn't want to put you in a weird situation. Haha,  Thanks again, for the reply though guys!  @Carlos Carbajal @J. Martin

Thank you guys for the reply! Just out of curiosity, how many doors do the two of you have? What are you renting the property for / airBnbing for?  Thinking about obtaining a few more but probably will wait it out a bit until peak season. @Carlos Carbajal  @J. Martin

Hello everyone, I currently have two airbnb set ups here in san jose. I am renting the properties and subletting using airbnb as the platform to cash flow. Just curious if anyone else has done the same? Has been working out great for me, not much vacancy at all. Wanted to know if it's a seasonal thing in terms of vacancy as i have not been doing it for very long. Just wondering what other fellow bay area airbnbers are experiencing

And just to add to that, I'm looking mainly around University of Pacific in Stockton. Or any other recommendations. @Jake Leicht

Hi @Jake Leicht, was your team active in Stockton? I would love to chat with them, looking for a property to purchase for BRRR strategy. My price point is around the 200-350k range, preferably looking for a multi-fam.
