@Account ClosedYes, real estate can and is a challenging pursuit. It can be smooth sailing and then suddenly the wheels fall off.  I love real estate but it can be very stressful at times.  There is much to learn, but it don't stop there.  You have to take action on what you have learn and learning.  Also you figure the your right why for yourself that will allow to keep it moving along when things get frustrating or overwhelming.  Sometimes a timeout is necessary when you get weary.  A timeout mean a break in the action.  It mean a time to recover to get yourself back into the moving forward mode.  Stay around encouraging people and away from discouraging personas in person or online.  Also setting dates you want to have invested or adding to your portfolio.  Lastly take risks, but make sure it risk that you can handle financially even if things go south.

I am turning my rental into AirBNB.  This will be my first.  Any suggestions on how to go about this?  Any help will be appreciated. How do I keep it clean and get it ready for next occupant?  It is a 3br, 2ba home. Do I rent the whole house or by the room or both?  Would a cleaning service work for this?  Is there an AirBNB maintenance seervices?

I have an android and feel it will work as well as an Iphone will for business and personal use.  What benefit do you have in owning either type of phone?  Do you type of phone for business and personal use?
