I need a roofer in the Raleigh area for repair.  Any recommended is appreciated.

If you investor without an LLC in TN, there is no tax on rental income. Therefore no state income tax filing is necessary.

Why do you really need a LLC for just one property? Do you intend

to buy other properties? Everything is still deductible without the LLC.
