There was a lot of interest in a pretty casual meeting from investors and future investors, and we've had GREAT meetings... why not another? It will be free to attend (and no pitching), but being good patrons, so they let us to continue to use the space for free, I say we get a cup of coffee.

This meeting is open to anyone that would like to attend.

Also... in an attempt to try something new, I will be bringing in all of the books I have read and will have a "leave one, take one" policy so that everyone will have a chance to read a great book!

@Gina Stern  We don't meet as a group during the week, but some of us will grab lunch together individually. Generally, most of the group (myself included) are working day jobs and real estate on the side. This means M-F, I am a maniac doing the W2 during the day and real estate at night. 

@Lander Talbott  You're correct. There are deals, but you can't sit back and expect people to send you deals. You have to MAKE deals, not FIND deals.

And yes... we meet every month! If you send me your email, I can add you to our distribution list to get automated details of future meetups.

Any acquisition is attractive when it is secured at the "right price". This is why we buy in a seller's or buyer's market. As long as you are buying right, it shouldn't matter what everyone else is doing.
