The only contract i'll be signing is the one from me to the seller.And the only time i would work with them is if they find me a deal worth pursuing.Also if they ever try to tie me up with a 6 month contract i would probably laugh in there face. I strongly agree with Rehab702 don't do it. :protest: :protest: :protest: :protest: :protest: :protest:

We all have different way's of doing this. Also we all study different courses and read different books on wholesaling.And no my assignment fee is not alway's $5k is $5k per each $100k.Im in California where prices are pretty darn high.Investor's here in my area just want there $70k profit free and clear of everything so i have to find creative way's to add my assignment fee.Hope this helps...Happy Hunting.. :D :beer:
