@Account Closed I think that's a great strategy so long as you use the same financial institution over and over, building up a great relationship and reputation over time.

@Account Closed though you will find variety amongst private lenders.

I am a huge fan of the tube housing that's becoming more and more popular, the Opod, which is another great solution for a population dense society @Account Closed

@Hank Wu That is a very good idea, though you may want to wait until the correction is over, as it seems to be seriously affecting the cryptocurrency rates at this moment.

@John Krasner that does sound like a way to make your park more family friendly and reduce the cost of the swimming pool overall. It even becomes a source of income in 2 or 3 years if you are able to include a small yearly fee per lot in the community covenant. Cool!

@Account Closed I firmly agree. Totally different market now that the immediate audience is global.

You may be able to get government assistance for a hotel development - in a socialist nation. I recommend you try that investment form in a place like Canada where the social benefits are very strong.

I am in awe of the responses! If you want to use your 401k, go for it. I would recommend you build up your retirement funds in some way however.

I think that is a good technique for preserving seed capital @John Krasner

Well, I am pretty sure that Mezzanine funding is for building a mezzanine in between two floors. Seed capital is a totally different story, that is the money you use to buy seed for your lawn.

Jokes aside, I am fairly certain that a quick google search will confirm Jonathan Twombly's assessment of mezzanine debt as accurate.
