Welcome. As Bill said I too am in this local area but I primarily wholesale. There is a local REIA in Pensacola that meets on the second Tuesday of the month so we'd love to connect with you there and you could also network with many like minded individuals as well. It's the PIG group. We meet at the Pensacola Bay Center. I'd like to add you to my list of local realtors because I might have a deal that one of your investors is interested in. I too don't mind paying a commission.

Welcome to BP and to the area. I'm a wholesaler in this area and as @Tom Waier mentioned I too am part of the local PIG group. We meet in Pensacola on the second Tuesday of the month( so last Tuesday) but also the 3rd Thursday of the month at the emerald coast convention center in fort Walton Bch.
