Hey man welcome to BP and I am always looking to meet new investors in my market. I am a local wholesaler here in the Pensacola area. I focus From Pensacola to destin. Although I can't recommend an attorney for your i can recommend FirstAmerican Title on scenic hwy. also you should come to our local REIA, the PIG group. We meets he seconds tuesday of the month at the Pensacola bay center, so that would bet hiss uses day night @6:30. You will meet many great like minded investors. Hope to see you there.

If you are looking for a great local REIA group to join you should come and check out the Pensacola PIG( Professionl Investors Guild). We meet the 2nd tuesday of each month at the pensacola bay center. We get there to network around 6:30 and we have our speaker at 7. I'd like to meet you and doe some deals with you bud.

Welcome to the site bro. I am a local wholesaler here in the panhandle and I focus primaraly from Pensacola to Destin. If you guys are looking for a good REIA then you should check out the PIG(Pensacola Infestors Guild) group here in pensacola. We meet the 2nd tuesday of the month and also out net meeting is Tuesday at 6:30 at the pensacola bay center. There are about 150 of us that get together and have a great time networking. Hey man you just need to get out there and make it happen. That's what I did. You hear the people say to build your buyers list first, others say to market for sellers then the buyers will come once you have the deal under contract. I say to do BOTH at the same time. You need to be marketing for sellers and building a buyers list at the same time. I was making calls to all the i buy houses signs i could find and all the for rent houses in the local classifieds( because they might be landlords and they might want more properties) also network at your local REIA. Hustle Hustle Hustle and you will have good results.
