You are correct.  Destin and Fort Walton Beach are VERY HOT MARKETS.  FWB especially for buy and holds.  I have a Buyer that I can send my wholesale deals to in FWB and he will buy them in 24-48hrs.  I have a Large MARKETING stream going out each month so finding you off market properties wont be a problem.  My contact info is on my profile page so please shoot me a text or email or just call.  Thanks.

Welcome to BP and I wanted to introduce myself. I am a wholesaler here in the panhandle and I primaraly focus on OFF MARKET properties from Pensacola to Destin. ask them basic info like what is your situation?  when they ask i got your letter and i wanted to know what you would offer me for the house... you should apologize to them and say hat you send out lots of marketing, could you please tell me what the property address is... ask bed/bad... what is the condition of the property... have you considered selling the property... and write down everything... then tell them that you need to do you research on that specific property and you can let them know what you would pay.  yo will get better over time you just need to get the calls coming in...

Yes I do.  They are no longer there.  It is now the Pensacola PIG group.  But in March, Matt, the head of the group, will be doing a PIG group in Destin.

yes you are in the right place also if you are on FB you should also post on the FB page wholesaling houses full time. That's where we are talking deals and posting deals all the time. Best of luck man.
