@Mike Perlosky don't know if anyone already mentioned this to you. But the Charlotte local REIA meeting is this Thursday.

I'll be honest there will def be some package they are trying to sell but other than that I usually find them to be pretty fruitful and at the very least a solid networking opportunity. If you decide to go I'll be sure to say hello!

@Senad Salihovic do you have any examples of your work I could look over. I'm always open to doing business with a fellow BPer. Feel free to shoot me an email [email protected] and we can talk more about what you have to offer!

Hey @Jen Shrock thanks a lot for the feedback. That's a pretty impressive accomplishment particularly in one day! I've already submitted my credit card information to this company but still have two more days to determine I do not want their service for no obligation so I just may take your advice. I guess I'll just have to try my hand at producing something viable today and determine if that is worth it but I will certainly keep you posted!

Wow @Eddy Dumire this is awesome feedback! Both of you guys are making me feel slighlty more confident with just moving forward with the 115 a month for a year option in that it did sound pretty customizable and I would steer all the development and I guess have editing capabilitiy. Thanks for you offer to answer questions which I will tell you in advance I am certainly going to take you up on! But you've already been amazingly helpful.

Hey @Roberto Chan thanks so much for the feedback! Actually its $115 per month for a year (12 months). No I don't really think I will have people registering or applying for things really but I do want something asthetically pleasing you know.
Thanks so much for you thoughts though, I'm know starting to think about what I really want the site to do; probably something I should have already started thing about though

Afternoon BP Nation,
So some of you know I just took my business into a more legitimate realm and registered my LLC. Having utilized LegalZoom of course they are providing all of these additional services, which are really just contracts to 3rd party vendors. One of these vendors is web.com and for a monthly fee of $115 for my first year ($49 monthly for every subsequent year) they will build me a world class website. I'm wondering is this really a cost effective investment? Granted I know nothing about website building and don't plan to learn so there an appreciable level of convenience that I know I would enjoy but outside of that should I say thanks but no thanks a go a little cheaper website building route. As always all feedback is welcomed!
Oh yeah @Andrew Davis I just hinted at this on your thread a little earlier so feel free to chime in here too (thanks in advance).

Hey @Andrew Davis
This looks awesome so far congrats on your quick progress!
And is it just me or did anyone else notice that @Andrew Davis is up at 5:30 AM grinding it out on BP!! Slatue to you right there man just for being a beast and making me feel like I'm clearly not working hard enough. I think I saw you giving some website building advice is that true? I'm actually facing that problem myself this very moment.
Can't wait to see part 4 but please know you've been a real inspiration already!

@Ian Ray
Welcome to BP, Mark is right the blogs are great and I always plug the podcast (listening to one right to be honest), they are full of information and you can listen while you work on other things. Your construction background is very impressive, I'm in the Music Factory area of Uptown Charlotte (not sure if you're familiar with the area yet) but if you ever want to get together for a beer/coffee and just talk shop, let me know I always love talking real estate!

Awesome post @Andrew Davis, very inspiring. Looking forward to part 2 of the deal and thanks for reminding us all that BP has resources untold! Way to go finding partners, your deal, and your money all in this great little one stop shop!
