@Justin Reed welcome to the family! As others have said there is an absolute wealth of knowledge to be had here on BP as well as an awesome network of likeminded individuals all very willing to help. Ask questions early and often and of course listen to the podcast. Good luck.
Cheers

Hey @Mel F.. I used legal zoom for my LLC registration but for anything else I generally prefer a little more tangible access to an attorney. Given you are looking for area specific lawyers I would suggest asking around at the next REIA that's always been a solid source for referrals (really of any type) for me. Good luck!

Hi @Henry Moore welcome to the BP family. It's a great community with a ton of like-minded people who are very willing to help. Good luck up in Raleigh and if you head down south to the Queen's City be sure to let us know we've got a whole slew of BPers here in Charlotte.
Cheers

Hey @Jarrett HuntI am also investing in the Charlotte market primarily focused on flips. There are a few investor friendly realtors right here on BP and I've worked with two personally @Troy Knight and @Shakeia McKinney are both seasoned pros who have an investing mentality. Otherwise there's probably a real estate meet-up or or meeting happening in Charlotte everyday just check your meet ups and you'll find some folks.
Good luck to you!

Hi @Julie Meche as usual you are getting great feedback and advice from this forum. Turnkey is not a bad option but as some of our peers have state there are certianly other options. I would suggest finding a market that supports your numbers and what you can afford.
Best of luck to you! Cheers!

@Dean Fiacco welcome to the BP family. Way to go @Michael S. on recommending the Ultimate Guide to REI I haven't seen anyone mention it in a while and it really is a gem! Get it and I assure you you'll go back to it often even with all the other great real estate books out there you will definitely come to lean on that one!
Good luck!
