Welcome James! Davidson is a great area and I second the recommendation of catching the two REIAs in the area they are usually quite fruitful. There is also a Charlotte group of BPers as we affectionately call ourselves that get together about once a month so be sure to follow key word "Charlotte" for the next one.
Best of luck to you,
Jasmine

Hey @Mike Perlosky sorry I missed your response but yes I was referring to Metrolina. It was a pretty solid meeting but the speaker got a little long winded and I'll admit I was slightly burned out by the time he was done, and pretty much bolted to the door when he finally wrapped it up. Looks like there is another one coming up June 18th that I will likely attend as well.
Hope you're networking is going well otherwise, best of luck to you!

@Dave Hurt as Troy was saying if you are part of the "WE" then I'm always down to support a local business and if the space is accommodating (as mentioned some type of moderately private space) to our group then by all means we could mix it up.

LOL! So yes I can 1000% recommend @Troy Knight as not only an awesome investor friendly realtor but just an all around amazing asset. Troy knows (painfully probably) pretty much any property I am considering I vet through him. He's always willing to help me out and I'm sure I owe him much more than I realize but honestly he's a great partner to work with and an even more savy investor. Thus Charlotte market looking for a investor friendly realtor look no further Troy is a wealth or knowledge and just an all around good guy!!
(BP please don't delete my post I really mean what I said, Troy is awesome and he puts together our Charlotte meet ups so we need him!)

Hi there @Pietro Rondinelli welcome to the Charlotte market. As you may have seen around the forums the Charlotte group tries to get together every couple of months or so and course there are monthly REIA's to attend almost every week between Charlotte and the surrounding areas. Anyhow welcome!

@Antonio Coleman Thanks for the advice. They did make it a point to say that the website would support mobile accessing and having continued to research it seems like a reasonable deal particularly in that it's even cheaper after the first 12 months. I also needed to set up some reoccurring transactions to by business checking account to keep my fees down so this was actually somewhat timely. But thanks again I may pick your brain once I get my draft back from web.com
