@Cynthia Oistad What did you end up doing? I also have different LLCs for different apartment buildings and am wondering if I should get a different business credit card for each one, or just a total business credit card for all of them combined. What did you find to work best?

@Sean Maginess Did you end up getting one credit card for all LLCs, or did you get a separate credit card for each LLC?

@Andy Webb That's helpful, but I can see why it's not a huge market - it doesn't really pay compared to the sales. I've never seen that in practice in my area

On podcast 316, Graham Stephan said that one could be a real estate agent that represents tenants. What does that mean? I've never heard of that before. Is it region specific or something? Or for the upper incomes of NYC? Can anyone explain how real estate agents can represent tenants?

It sounds like a good deal - buying at a discount and a home very close by.

An owner occupied loan requires that you intend to live in the property. Do you have 25% for an investment down payment? Can you actually move into the home and rent our the MIL and rent out your current home?

Being that this will be your first rental property, don't worry so much about the numbers. It sounds decent, but will get you started in real estate.
