Hello All,
I live in Fairfield County, CT and I am entering the note business. Are there any active note investors in CT? I'm looking for local, like-minded individuals to network with.
Thanks!

Get on Google, research the counties, find phone numbers, call them up and ask. A lot of times you'll find the tax information online, I wouldn't trust it though, call and double check.

@Miguel Nava if the limits on the cards are all the same, the scenarios you described are the same, as far as credit score is concerned. They are looking at total credit utilized/total credit available, and this number should under 20% (under 10% ideally).

I'll be there as well. Also my first one of this kind on the topic, I'm pretty excited about it.
@Wayne Snell, are you the Wayne Snell that were interviewed on the Note MBA Podcast? That was a great interview!
You can find the event schedule posted on meetup event. Here's the link.

If you're willing to go a little farther up, Bridgeport, CT or even New Haven, CT are worth a look.

Hey @Account Closed, like Jacqueline said, Waterbury is a very unique market. Without knowing the exact location it is very hard to analyze it.
