 Thank you for your response. I've had my LLC set up and ready to go but the lenders for both of my properties told me I won't be able to transfer the deed to my LLC because the acceleration clause would be in effect. Most lenders and banks will tell home owners with a mortgage that it's not possible until it's paid in full - but this is not true. I've been told by many investors that a real estate attorney could help me out with that - just trying to find one at the moment.
