Pablo Solorio Like others have said, a standard purchase agreement is all you need. Call a local realtor and ask them to send you one or find one online.

Joseph Shin there's a ton of things you can do to make extra income. Drive for uber/lyft, do freelance work, get a second job, mow lawns, build websites, ect. The opportunity is endless. Use your skills to make money.
