HI @Daniel Klebba if you haven't already, you should attend your local REIA. You'll meet plenty of investors who might be willing to mentor you.
@Anthony Standard You can find hard money lenders using BP. Go to Marketplace then click Hard Money Lenders. You can also search Google and find plenty.

Yeah good luck man. Most HML won't run credit as they base their decisions on the asset but maybe for that price point, they will. Keep calling and you'll probably find one that will work with you. Good luck! @Adrian Burke

Hi @Osvaldo "Val" Garza another great place to network with buyers/wholesalers/investors is at your local REIA or Meetups. Welcome to BP.

@Adrian Burke Call hard money lenders and tell them about the deal. If they like it, they usually can give you a POF letter without pulling credit since they are "asset based" lenders.
You can find hard money lenders in BP under Marketplace, Hard Money Lenders. Or Google "hard money lenders" and you'll find plenty of results.

Congrats @Michael Strobel that's a great story man, keep up the good work!
@Necho Williams My guess is Clever Investor has all the information in one place, ready to digest rather than searching BP for all the steps related to wholesaling.
