@Monte Riding can you share more about your business? Are you an investor or agent? Do you focus on SFH, MF, Commercials? etc?
@Justin Silverio I'm a novice investor, just looking to better track properties, contacts, and leads - primarily for SFH and MF. I can see that CRMs have evolved significantly since I last looked at them - I guess what I'm really after is primarily a contact manager, but also something that is real estate specific for handling properties. Preferably something that is simple to start, has an IOS app, can track texting and calls, has additional pro features (like integrations, marketing, skip tracing, etc...) and is cheap or free to start.
ok, got it. Thanks for clarifying. My recommendation is to sign up for the FREE plan at inveloapp.com. We have a partnership with BP too so if you have a BP Pro plan, you'll get free in-app wallet credits. Invelo can do everything that you would need plus we have a lot of education. I've been an investor for 10+ years and also own a large REI marketing company so this was developed based on best practices. If you have any questions along the way, we have a great support team or you can asks any questions here.

@Dan Fordyce Invelo's pricing and features can be found here https://inveloapp.com/pricing. Keep in mind that BP Pro members will get 15% off the subscription price and $100 in in-app wallet credits for paid plans, as Jenell mentioned.

@Account Closed I’m the founder of Invelo. We mostly gather our data from the same source as Propstream, therefore our data is pretty spot on to them. With that said, they do have a few additional specialty lists that we currently don’t have. This is partly because I don’t like the accuracy of some of the data and won’t add it until I know for sure that it’s providing reliable results. In any case, all of the lists that I’ve pulled to help build my rei business over the past 10+ years can be pulled in Invelo.
I hope that provides some transparency.

BP just partnered with Invelo which is a really robust CRM. And the best part is that you can use it for free.
I have used Podio for 5+ years but I've found that it can really only help you manage your leads and not your prospects. Therefore, most investors will use a separate system to manage their prospects. While this may seem fine, managing multiple databases can cause a lot of inefficiencies and challenges when you are trying to understand your business analytics (i.e., what list is performing the best, how many times did I have to send marketing to someone before they responded, etc.).
I have seen this issue working with thousands of investors in my REI marketing business which is why my team created Invelo. Again, there is no cost to jump on the platform and if you have a BP Pro account, you'll get $50 in in-app wallet credits.
I'm happy to answer any questions.

@Christopher Edwards you're welcome to check out Invelo for free. We just launched a partnership with BiggerPockets and we have the ability to pull lists within the platform. Also, if you upgrade to one of the paid plans, you'll get access to the auto-add feature which automatically adds new properties that meet your list's criteria. This way, you never need to pull the list again since your database will always be in-sync.
