Hi, I was wondering, I am new to real estate investing. I just upgraded my account to pro so I can take advantage of the calculators and other resources but right now I started my own online business and my money is tied up in my business. I was wondering if, in order for me to gain more experience with investing, if it is possible to analyze deals with the resources on this site and somehow offer those deals to investors who have the money to invest. I would be kind of like a middle man and the investor would pay me for finding them the deals. I do not know if that was a stupid question but never hurts to ask. What does everyone think?

I have been doing some reading and I heard that wholesaling properties is a great way to get your foot in the door when starting out to invest in real estate. I wanted to know if anyone agrees and what are some steps I can take at the moment to begin acting?

Hi Everyone, I'be been walking around my area a lot more and seeing a lot of for sale signs. Now, I know that I would have to find a motivated seller in order to get seller financing for a house but has anyone had success with seller financing or just anyone here successful with real estate who started with nothing? If so, how did you do it

Hi, I never invested in a property before but I was looking into getting seller financing. Does anyone have success with that method? Also, I was thinking of investing into a house near a college and renting out the rooms. Anyone have success with renting out rooms or any tips on my first investment? Thanks

Hi, what are your opinions on investing in a piece of land, such as in an area that is developing or investing in rental properties in developing areas. Also, how different would be the analyzation method?

Hey guys I just had some rookie questions to ask. First, what are some of the best books you ever read on investing in real estate? Also should I be using the calculators on this site to start analyzing deals? I just am confused to how to start this journey. I listen to the podcasts and they are great I just wanted to know what successful investors suggest I do since I am starting out.

Hey guys, I was just wondering since I am new to real estate, looking to invest into my first duplex to triplex by Summer/ Fall, should I sign up for the PRO membership now and start using the calculators like a madman looking and analyzing deals everyday?

Since I am starting out I was looking to invest in a duplex of 3 family house. Thing is I have my own business, and I was looking for office space, but what do you think, should I move into my investment property for more hands on training? Also if I live in my new investment property, can I use some of the rent for my apartment as a tax write off. I know I could if I was just a renter, but I am unsure how it works if I own the house.
