Aloha BP! Who would I contact if I'd like to invest in, say, Indiana but would like to use funds from a limited partner? Also would I need to have a different operating agreement set up for a different state like Ohio? What are the average costs for setting this up per agreement. Should there be any other paperwork along with this? Thanks in advance.

Did you ever get your master agreement written up @Michael Lopez? If so, would you have a basic version of what it looks like? I'm looking to explore this as an option in the future, possibly.

@Engelo Rumora, do you mainly offer single family or small multi-family as well?

@Chris Mason Are HELOCs allowed on investment properties?

@Jonathan Stone congrats on your two purchases and with all the hurdles you needed to get over. My strategy was to use my TSP to purchase RE but I ended up using that to purchase my first primary residence. Glad to hear other users taking advantage of other vehicles and being creative. Best of luck to you and your future endeavors.

@Lane Kawaoka Is your VA doing the emailing back and forth with potential vendors or are you?
