Welcome to BP. I lived in San Rafael until a few months ago when I moved to Berkeley. Never flipped there, though.  Where are you planning to do your rehabs?

Since you say you have built a lot of connections I'm assuming you've been attending BAWB, the REI in Corte Madera? If not, definitely check it out.

Hi @Orion Walker !   I just drove through your town on the way to Laytonville last week.  I live in San Rafael and have invested in Solano and Contra Costa county.
