For days I haven't been able to get the @ feature to work (except for @? which only allows for tagging folks already in the thread like you )I've been trying to mention some people who previously expressed interest or who other people had suggested might be interested.

@Mark Pedroza yes, from Vallejo and American Canyon it is best to take hwy 37. It is about a 30 minute drive. Pinole is about 30 minutes taking the Richmond-San Rafael bridge. Add on 10 minutes for Benecia.
