CHARLES DEHART – COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BROKER – MARCUS AND MILLICHAP: Charles is an Associate at the Marcus & Millichap Atlanta office. He provides brokerage services for commercial real estate investors with a specialty in mobile home parks.

Ryan brings with him more than fifteen years of extensive business experience in market evaluation, property analysis, management systems, due diligence, finance, and more. @Roni E. that you! With that in mind, my Target Audience is smaller syndicators and JV Principals with multiple deal and a few "less" active partners. I wouldn't be targeting funds or syndicators over 2ml/per deal most likely as they'd need sophistication that requires capital expenditure, etc. My goal - "Craigs list "of Investor Portals- you only get what you REALLY need and pay accordingly! no fluff, no waterfalls.

Appreciate your time! Since demos a few features were added: Deal Performance report, Soft commitment mechanics is coming up, etc. Any features that you'd say are critical for you in the Portal, "must have"? Whats of least importance? How much would you be comfortable paying for the portal with "must have" features ?  Your input in is hugely helpful and greatly appreciated!
