I am looking to buy a house for rental investment in the range 200-250K that can be rented for $1400-1600. Plan is to hold is for 3-5 years and then fix and flip.

@Renuka Khokale - My brother and I are based out of Atlanta as well. What kind of REI are you into ? We typically do fix and flips and looking to get into Multi Family now for passive income generation.

How is this asset class faring in 2021 in the current scenario ? Are there a lot of vacancies ? A lot of facilities up for sale ?

You may want to look at Paulding county - Powder Springs, Dallas, Mableton, Austell. Gwinett and Cobb counties have become too expensive.
