@Wendell Edwards Jr make sure you are understanding or at least have someone who is helping you with your first few properties.  Check the house, check the comps, and check your process/rehab level etc.  Don't just trust someone saying something, really make sure you have someone who KNOWS what they are doing to help you.

@Ian Reeves my friend, thank you for posting this and sharing our information. @Charles Moore we definitely would love to help anyway we can for you.  It will be tough for you to find a turnkey provider who does what you are asking ... we've been there and had tried that and honestly very difficult to get deals that make that much sense for you, that we didn't take down and buy ourselves.  If I can be of any help or answer questions, love to help.

I definitely second my good friend @Timothy Stauffer ... you can get great returns in Wyandotte, especially in good areas, and with a nice rehab.

KC is definitely an awesome market to find and acquire turn key real estate and the management of those properties after the sale makes all the difference.  I really suggest to make sure you understand the kind of rehab, the style of management, and if the seller is direct to the property or marketing outside of that.  All good things to know and understand in the process.  Congrats @Jeff Hamlin on your purchase!
