Hello @Edgar Ferrari I am doing some of the same research now as I prepare to build in Gwinnett this year. Have you secured some land yet? I have some experience with building permits for additions but this would be my first ground up construction project. Let's connect and share some ideas.

@Rashad S. I think any real estate attorney can do this for you if you are not looking for or a title report title insurance.

@Tyrone Watler you will probably find more selection in Cincinnati.. I plan on buying some 4 units there this year.

Hello @Shawn Greeves just so I understand are you a hard money lender for single family homes or are you selling single family homes with financing? 

@Christina Phillips I have been watching the market down in Columbus and unless these properties were extensively rehabbed the prices are a little high. I know everyone needs to make money and wholesaling is a good way to start out but my advice would be to leave room for the end buyer. Bring value to the table.. make it a REALLY good deal and it will sell. Also I would be careful with the word "guarantee".
