Post: Birmingham Turnkey Property -- $48,000 / $750 Rent

Hey Marco,

I've seen your company over the years but have never reached out. I buy wholesale properties in high cashflowing markets and then rehab and rent them out...We have sold turnkeys before but to other groups like yours so we're like a turnkey vendor supplier.

What zip code is this property in? I want to sort of compare the areas. I'm still learning the BHAM market.

Thanks for your help and hope you have sold this one or will sell it quickly.

Welcome to BP @Shane Pascoe .. I'm new to posting on here too but have known about the site for years. My company started buying in the KC area. We have 3 properties there now that we will rehab and rent out and may sell on or two of them.

Good Luck!!

Hello @Kamia Atkinson your post was on the first page I soon as I logged in. When I was in Dallas two weeks ago for business, I stayed at a hotel that had a 3day Fortune Builders seminar. I talked to a few of the attendees. They all seem to be excited about what they were learning but very few were interested in the next level of the education that would be offered.

I know of and follow some really cool and active investors that are Fortune Builders coaches. I think if you paid them all the money they ask for you would get some practical education and even in-the-field training. However it's pricey and I think you can do a lot for less via BiggerPockets, Youtube, Books, and REIA meetings.

Again welcome to the forum and community and good luck with all your endeavors.

We are hiring for a variety of positions in our North Atlanta Metro Office. The office is actually located in Duluth/Suwanee. If you live in Buford, Lilburn, Lawrenceville, Norcross, Stone Mountain, or Decatur you maybe close enough. Marietta, Dunwoody, and Chamblee is far but I manageable

These are salaried positions. If you have experience in REI this might just be a way for you to stay full time in the industry while you build experience, skills, etc

Here are the positions with a short informal description:

1) Researcher/Acquisitions Admin- Research properties for us to acquire

2) Operations Manager/Business Development-- Overseer and direct all operations (rehab, acquisitions, sales, etc)

3) Outsource Liason/Social Media Manager- IF you have experience running google adwords campaigns and managing social media accounts you may be the perfect fit.

We are looking for loyal people that want to grow with us. The more real estate experience you have the better.

You can reply to this post and we can connect privately for more in depth info.

Atlanta has some of the best prices for granite I have seen..

@Steve Yoo  I have a company in Norcross that did it for $20/psft for a rental.. came out really nice.. There's also a company in Alpharetta but it's off the beaten path but maybe 20 miles closer to Nashville @Sarah Gamble

Keep me updated. I travel a lot but if I'm in town I would miss an event at HD headquarters.. I'll be sure to have my pro desk print out a like historical purchase amount so that I can get some extra perks from the President considering how much money I spend in Home Depot.

Great idea @Andrew Cordle

When I started buying and holding for myself and clients.. It was all about low cost of entry and high return. Did we make the returns that we thought we would? NO.. But neither did the guy that bought a so call A- or B+ house but I paid half the price he did all in for mine. It's all about the numbers.
