I was presented with a deal from my friend a few months ago. This deal provided the opportunity to have cashflow every month. In order to know if it was a good investment or not I did my own research to see if it actually provided some type of return.

Needless to say it did and has giving me cashflow ever since that month. With this deal made I am looking forward for some more deals ahead.

Congratulations! Real Estate Cash Flow is king in the coming stock market crash. It will be a good time to buy properties.

Nice. But be sure to paint the concrete and put some plants and flowers in front of the stairs to give the house some curb appeal..

If you feel an inspection is too much, get a contractor to go through the basics like roof, plumbing, electrical, foundation, HVAC, and windows and give you a quote on what it would take to replace the existing and why. That would cover major problems. You will miss things like insufficient insulation, underrated electrical, rot in the soffits and things like that but the question always becomes how perfect do you want the property to be for the amount of money you are willing to spend.
