 I am not opposed to buy and hold, only more familiar with flipping.  My current expertise is in construction so I tend to think of flipping as the easiest transition.  In reality, I have so many ideas of what I would like to do in real estate that my head spins.   I plan to learn this strategy as well as others. Lots of reading and studying in my future. Until I build capital I will be looking into "no money down" or "OPM" opportunities.

Hello, my name is Kenneth Johnson. I am experienced builder looking to flip houses and invest in real estate on the side. I have had a passion to flip for years but never stepped into that arena for lack of capital. I'm looking to learn and network to improve my knowledge and opportunities.  My first goal is to search for the "Meet Up" forum to look for a group near me.
