Hi Everyone, After such an amazing evening at our East-side meeting, Its time to take over the South-end. This month we are shaking things up and combining the Seattle & South-end meeting and taking it to one of our members homes. Dima & Tatiana from Sound Housing have been gracious enough to open their home for us. You will need to head over to Pacific NW Real Estate Meetup and RSVP to attend this event.

This will also be a potluck, so bringing a dish and a beverage is strongly encouraged. I have it on good authority that one of our members(who is a professional Culinary Artist) will be serving up Wild Alaskan Salmon Chowder and Homemade Artisan Rustic Bread for you to dine on. I'm sure it will be amazing!!! Please RSVP so we can make sure to have enough food for all!!!

If you've never been to one of our meetups, you should expect to meet some pretty impressive investors! Rehabber's that are doing 20+ a year, wholesalers doing a deal or more a month, Out of State Investors getting those mailbox checks, Notes Investors, Tax Lien Investors, Private Money Lenders, and Builders!

We don't do speakers, sales pitches, or classes! We do deals! Come eat, drink, and be merry!

Welcome to BP. I would recommend the J Scott books on flipping, Setting up some keyword alerts and checking out the podcasts. There is lots of great information there

I also recommend going to some of the local REIA meetings and I co-host a Meetup for local BP members in your area. We just had this months South-end meeting last night but will be having another one the 3rd Monday of next month. We also have a East-side meeting coming up the first Friday of November. It will be a great oppportunity to network with other fix and flip investors.
