@Brian Murdaugh welcome to BP, as well. I'm also in the area. (And awesome that you got involved at 18! :))

Hi, Ashley!

I am in Greenville, SC, and purchasing primarily in that area for now. But I'd love to be part of your network, as well. Hope this first set goes well.

@Brian Walsh manages our properties in Greenville County. He has proven to be an amazing manager during our time working with him, and from listening to the podcasts, it would seem that his level of work is way above average. (Website: http://www.propgreenville.com/)

He is also an investor and BP member, so even better.

For inspections, we've used http://www.housemaster.com, but I may check out some of the others mentioned here for future properties.

We don't. Piedmont is the farthest south of Greenville that we've gone so far. I'd love to get a feel for what types of properties would work with college students there, though. Your profile pic gave away your school! :)

I saw you did an internship with Destination Developments, LLC in Hilton Head Island. HHI is our favorite SC vacation spot, and actually a location we are considering for vacation rental investment. Does Destination Developments do rental property management?

Thank you, @Lina Bibikov

I'm looking forward to learning from others in the area. We drive to/by Gaffney every few months! :)

Thanks, @Michael Sato. I mostly just feel like a newbie investor with a growing portfolio! :)
