@Devin Elfers we just started meeting again in person a few months ago. This group has been in place for a few years but shut down gathering in person when the local authorities disallowed us to gather due to the pandemic. The plan is to continue to meet on the 3rd Wednesday of every month for as long as we can.
Additionally, we offer Facebook Live for those unable to attend. The disadvantage is that this is a networking group at its core where business gets done in person.

@Joshua Morrin I refinance to wrap up my BRRRR's. My recommendation is call around to local banks to see what each offers and refinance it out. Typically your going to get anywhere from 70-85% LTV. Determine what you want your cashflow to be, how much money you ideally want to pull out, then calculate what payment your willing to pay for your mortgage. This will help you decide on what "product" to use from which bank. One more tip, avoid big banks and chasing interest rates. Start working with a small local bank now because they are the ones that will work with you when you need them. Hope that helps. Good luck!

@Joshua Morrin I am about 3 hours away from you so it will likely be tough to get a LOC at that distance with a local bank. Have you considered doing a straight up refinance? Those are much easier to get done and I have seen as high as an 85% LTV.
