Ask other investors and do your own research. Setup calls with 2, maybe 3 tops. Speak to them. See what they can offer besides just tax preparation. Hire who you feel is best equipped to advise you on tax efficiencies. Many talented folks on here. Yes, many of us work and represent clients nationally and internationally.

She can do that but sounds like a gift. A gift tax return would need to be filed. Likely no gift tax owed assuming your sister still has her lifetime exemption (11.58 million).

You will also want a tax advisor on your team as well.
