I have a tenant that wants to pay rent with a debit card that is associated with her subsidized housing income.  She would like it set up to automatically withdraw every 1st of the month.  I have used sites such as Tenantcloud to have tenants set up online payments.  However, this tenant is elderly and has no web experience.  Is there a service where you can input a tenant's debit card information to collect rent?  Obviously, I would have a signed addendum authorizing this.  Any suggestions?

Hi @Jack Gibson Can you provide addresses?  And just to be clear, are these brand new from the ground up construction or extensive rehabs on existing structures?

@Shawn Ackerman Did you work with a company to get your biz credit built?  If yes, please PM me the contact info.  I would try to do this on my own but just don't have the time or resources at the moment.  Thanks.

@Shawn Ackerman I looked into building biz credit in the past.  How have you done on funding of unsecured lines of credit?  I've seen the ads and claims all over the web but have yet to hear from someone who has been successful in building the $250K+ unsecured LOCs.
