@Ori Skloot Nice job! It's nice to hear there are BRRRR possibilities here in the Bay. Although there are very few far and between and lots of eyes on these types of properties so the competition is fierce. They definitely don't come every day like in other areas (ie. midwest).
What did you use for the floors? It looks like laminate. What brand, color, and price did you pay if you don't mind me asking?

@Tom Ott The monthly rent seems low for the amount of units and purchase price. Did you mean that the $2695 was the NOI? What would be the gross rents?

Pinging the Milwaukee folks that should be able to weigh in here. The times I've visited the city, one area that stood out for a potential appreciation play was the Bay View area. Lots of small shops, restaurants, and bars which tend to attract the younger professionals willing to spend more to be close to amenities within walking distance.
