Theyre in RV parks.  No one cares how many live there.  If one stops paying, I'll probably just let them stay.  I'm making plenty of money.  Who cares?

Exactly, @Dean Weltman  The good thing is that when something breaks, they just fix it.  and Yes, they're pretty durn durable. 

There are tons of RV parks with empty trailers just sitting there.  Or Craigslist.

They are awesome!  Cheap to buy, rent for close to the price of a house.   They'll last forever if maintained.  What they lack in appreciation, they make up for in cash flow.  I can fit 12 construction workers in one at $200 a week each.  Sweet!

Exxon and Chevron are building new plants here.  10s of thousands of workers are here from out of town.

Nope.  Already renting to Construction workers.  Actually I'm gonna put 4 in each room.

These are recreational vehicles.  I rent the lot they sit on.

My new plan is to rent out 3 bedroom trailers or houses to 12 construction workers @200 a week each. $62000 a year. Sweet, huh?
