@Jesal Shah

I'm new to this, but I'd go for the MF if the opportunity presents itself. I imagine the experience will be about the same and you'll just have more moving parts! GO TEXAS!

I just bought a property in Grand Prairie so perhaps they will also cover FW. I went with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. Here's a few others my realtor recommended - Fidelity National Home Warranty, One Guard Home Warranty, & Allied Home Warranty.

Auction sites don't typically post the log of the homes that sold, at least in my 3 year experience. You'd have to be at the auction to get that information. But Ujwal is right! The county will keep records. The counties I work with in Texas keep them electronically so you'd have to see if that applies for your county!

@Stephanie Howard Yup, you just keep bidding! Let us know how it works out! You keep bidding until you hit the max you're comfortable with. Typically they go for 3 days too!

@Amirah Rimal Welcome to the DFW area! I'm new to investing in Arlington/Grand Prairie/Mansfield too. Let me know if you find any local meetups so I can meet you there!

@Chanté Owens I'm also listed on CHBO for about 4 months now. I have ALOT of general inquiries and just recently a serious inquiry for my property (not just in Arlington or within 50 miles = general inquiry). I still get the bulk of my tenants and bookings from Airbnb! I would imagine it wouldn't hurt to list to see how you do because everyone's experience will be different. Let us know what you decide!
