Hey everyone I go to Chillowack on occasion for work. Its a great town and from my understanding, long time baby boomers who are fed up with Vancouver high taxes and cost of living are selling there houses and buying acreage in chillowack.
Also, I am actually looking to the day to leave Canada and resettle in say, Washington state where prices are more affordable to the investor and the home buyer. I come across properties that can fit what any of you are looking for. I need a investor to help me aquaire houses...or even better four-plexes or larger.

I just discovered there are sharif sales in my county in washington state. BTW the VERy First sherrif sale I attended was 1988. Wedding dresses were going for 17.00 dollars each!! Imagine me leaving with those dresses and walking into my military dorm with those dresses. Airman would have funny reactions on there faces.
If you have mold on the studs, Dry ice machine will strip it all off!!

I need to start going out and making offers and also, make the contract subject to a bunch of escape clauses and also, assign the contract to another investor for a quick profit. Who has these contracts that are legal in all states?

Now a local investor I know found a little nest egg of homes on the east coast all under 100k. I am going to look into this further as a investment.

Well, all the news about Asians buying the tearing down little old homes in west Vancouver does not apply to this house. This house was renovated and sold for one million over asking. What is this kind of activity doing to the buyers who are making a regular living here? it has totally priced them out of the market.

What he can do is rent out the room and live in the house. I remember a collage student who qualified for a 4 bedroom house. He did not have enough from the rent if he lived in one of the rooms. So he rented the last room and lived in the attic.
What he can do is rent out the room and live in the house.
