@Ian Palmer I’m in vacation only markets. All of my neighbors are doing the same thing I’m doing. I’m just better at it :)

Not too good to be true. It's just not for everyone. Just ask @Paul Sandhu

You have to manage it yourself. If you think that's something you want to do.... it works!

Another problem... is much like the rest of the nation... there are way more investors than there is inventory right now. So be prepared for that.

@Jennifer Cline. The award for the “Question that gets asked by people that didn’t read anything” goes to.....

But for real though. Timeshares are a joke. Do some reading here on this forum and all of your questions will be answered. And... you’ll find that my jokes have not gotten any better over the years.

@Chris McKenna. I’m anti-Ramsey.

Stop paying your primary off you're only making the bank richer instead of yourself. If you come into STR with that mindset you'll never make any money because you'll spend all day staring at your cameras, worrying the guests are going to break a lamp.

Read cash flow quadrant and stop being a wimp.

@Kathy Lindsay. Anything over 28 days you must have them sign a lease or you will regret it. Remember..... a lease can be for any period of time it doesn’t need to be for a year

@Gloria C. Millions of homes on Airbnb. No reason to be outside of any box. My market has thousands of listings just like mine and we all make money.

@Wesley Myers

I have a ZERO friends and family policy. Burned too many times. They make THE worst guests.

I also believe if you’re hanging out with people that want to stay in one of your properties at a discount it’s time to level up your friends 😂

Past guests -I don’t have an issue with giving a couple bucks off but it’s been ages since Ive needed to.... they don’t ask. I also don’t allow off platform bookings at this time. Maybe some day.

@Caleb Smith. Seems like the rockets get lots of traffic but what do I know. The other guys seem to think it’s a no go. I have run the Huntsville marathon. I had a bad showing that day. Weather was decent.

@Boris Mordkovich Very impressive! My stack is similar but less involved. I wonder if you’re working too hard keeping track of so many different softwares. Seems like you could pretty easily cut a few of them out and work even less.
