@Cheryl Hewitt second home loan no problem at all. If your loan person is being weird just call another one. You can pull credit as many times as you want to shop the loan. As long as it’s for the same purchase.

@Joe Garvin. TLDR but I feel your pain brother. Customer service has been increasingly more difficult to deal with.

You’d think their customer service would be a little nicer to those of us that do make them money.

@Zach Yonek. Google will be much more effective than we are. My wife did this one time. It was a party. Good thing nobody knows her around here.

It’s a long and lonely road. I’d recommend them Evolve or Turnkey. Or better yet tell them it’s super easy to do it themselves. They’ll appreciate the honesty.

Yes I believe @Benjamin Vail is correct and you can go ahead and do it if you wish.

I went live with a listing the DAY BEFORE Florida shut down STR for Covid. I ended up taking it down and relisting to get the push once they dropped the ban.

I also have a couple of friends that I will ask to book new properties for $1 per night just to leave a review. I Venmo them the cleaning fee.

Although... I don't know it's worth the trouble for you. Could just focus on future guests. If you don't have any bookings that's another story.
