So customer service will be 25% more difficult to deal with than they already were 

Pre-covid I was blaming it on the economy but still able to find a property here and there worth scooping up -say maybe 4 per year. 

NOW..... there is NOTHING coming on the market in my market and my system has screeched to a halt. 

Will acquiring properties go back to normal when things go back to "normal?" 

Do I need to be patient or do I need a new market/system?

I'm using Tenant Cloud and love it. I tried buildium for a minute but it is WAY too complicated and you have to play by their rules and you're at their mercy. Might be better for folks with 300 units. I hated it. 

Honeywell T6 or T9 for STR. No zwave though hooks right to phone. Nest is too complicated and won't lock on temperatures unless it's stuck on heat or cool. Doesn't work for STR.
