This question is asked on this forum twice a week with random markets. Your best bet is to go on AirBnB and study your neighbors incessantly. The chances you’ll find someone on here in that market aren’t good. And even if you do it’ll just be one person. But they will all be in AirBnB/VRBO!

I’d ask this question to a larger forum and then come to us when you have an idea if and how you want to vacation rental. Although I don’t think any of us have any advice on Asia.

I started buying the amazon sheets and so far so good. They’re microfiber but I don’t care. Also bought some for our house just to try them. So far so good. If I can get 8 months out of them in the cabins I’m happy. Easy access and ship-ability are always a big plus. Click the link below.

Just keep doing what you’re doing you’ll get way better, more reliable info by obsessing on other peoples listings than you will on airdna or any other site. Just spend time learning your market. It’s easy and invaluable.

I just saw a commercial on TV (while on vacation because I wouldn’t watch tv in real life) for Booking.com
They advertised my market. In fact it was the highlight of the commercial. Rent this cabin in the mountains.... two plugs for the smokys. Including Gatlinburg Pigeon Forge and North Carolina.
The last time I was dealing with them I sent them the link to this thread and they finally left me alone.
Is this forum still in agreement that Booking.com is not worth it?

Paul Sandhu is my biggest hero but if I put a $50 couch in my VRs I would get 1 star reviews and quickly have zero guests. Everything is market specific! I’d rather be Paul.
