Post: Mojo Dialer or Calltools? Better & reliable service

I have only used Mojo which is a 3 line "power-dialer", whereas Calltools I believe you can call up to 9 lines at a time. Calltools does triple the amount of calls you can make, which is always a plus do not get me wrong; however, after using Mojo and keeping up with notes, dispositions of calls, dropping the voicemails and calling back the leads that get connected at the same time as another lead, I question if I would be able to manage doing 6 more lines.
As far as reliability is concerned, Mojo is by far a much more widely used and trusted provider.
Hope this helps @Vishal Parekh

@Mark Cook I agree with you about the fact that Mojo does not allow you to personalize the voicemail drop; however I have found that the sheer amount of calls/contacts you can make from the automatic 3 line dialer far outweighs this. The key is to use a message that creates curiosity and has a warm/sincere touch, and to get them to call back in. As long as they call back in and you have a good system for figuring out who they are and their address without having to ask them as well as being prepared for the call, then you are literally tripling your chance of success. Hope this helps, also what list do you intend to use?
@Cameron Tope yes we use the same list, was unsure if you have heard any others that have had success.
@Cameron Tope I agree with you, we have had success with ListSource as well. Which lists have been the best for you?

We have done well with the Absentee Owners, with 40% of equity or more. When we cross reference this data, it seems to give us a lot of landlords/owners who have the ability to accept a wholesale offer.

Welcome to the BP community, there is just about an answer to every topic on real estate on this website, and if it isn't there already you can post about it and get the answer!
Definitely one of the best tools you can have in your business.
As far as flipping are you talking wholesaling or buy fix flips?
I can relate with the fact that many of the so called "gurus" or courses are a lot about education and not about implementation. What I strongly recommend to do is find an investor in YOUR area who you can shadow and have them show you the ropes. The best way to go about this is to bring it to their attention of how YOU are going to help THEM, not vice versa. Bring value to your mentor and they will add value to you, I have linked with an investor in my area who has shaved years and thousands of dollars off of the learning curve, and was the best decision I have made.
This information is that which I received in the podcasts in the tab under LEARN, start there and with the books on the recommended list and you are sure to be on your way!
Best of luck,
Luke Teson

Hello there community! I am honored and very excited to be a part of such an amazing movement in the real estate industry. I have paid for seminars, so called "mentors" and this is by far the most impressive and knowledge filled database bar none. I have been avidly reading and pursuing my education, so far my implementation of my education is in queue. I am very interested in wholesaling, and flipping houses mainly, with interests also in just about every aspect of the industry; however my niche would be the preceding. Currently I am a Sales Professional, starting walking door to door and now in over the phone sales (high pressure), I know this will be an asset in my pursuit. Very open to any suggestions and advice to turbocharge my learning curve, and looking forward to becoming a more active member of the community!
