@Brian Joseph , Congratulations on completing the course!

Look into Century 21. I am not familiar with anyone in your area, however, what you want to know is that Century 21 works with a lot of newer brokers, they have an amazing training and gives a lot of leads, which for someone new is great!

Good luck to you!

@Ben Van der Fluit , it can't hurt. That stadium will bring jobs and some of those new employees are going to look at buying and renting in the area. Plus there will be a bit of excitement over it.

Look at other factors too, make sure there are public transportation and other job sources.

Good luck to you!

@Daniel Pichardo , congrats on taking the leap of faith and ask for help. As you can see - you can get help, even though is not exactly under the form and shape you wanted.

Send me a message and we can schedule a call to chat.

Happy New Year!

@Jason V. , great insight. If you do have everything you want and need, then I will say go and take some Landmark Education courses. Start with Landmark Forum and look for some huge goals you can get started.

It seems to me you feel unchallenged and unsure about using your full potential - which is a treat of achievers. Find or better said create that big goal that will make you want to get up early in the morning again and go conquer the world!

Post: Terminating a tenant lease so I can move into a building

@Dan McGrew , I believe you got the right idea by now from all the answers that you can't terminate any of the leases without cause.

At this point, you have two options. If your lender had received and reviewed the leases and is not asking you to show termination of a lease, you can move forward and do your best to talk to all tenants and see if any of them wants to move out sooner than their lease expiration so you can move in the building within the 60 days required.

The other option, if your lender won't budge, is to delay the closing until you are within 60 days from the earliest lease expiration or have the seller buy out one of the tenants.

Good luck.
