@Rich DiBiase It's unfortunate you had to experience this, but to be fair this coach values his time at $100 dollars for 20 minutes. During those 20 minutes he provided a path to purchasing a property with zero down for you. 

In real estate there are no "secrets" it takes time, patience, and consistency to learn the required skills.

The positive in this situation is that you discovered bigger pockets, a place you can pick up some free knowledge to help you advance towards your investing goals. Good luck, and if you need anything feel free to reach out.

@Stephen Heine what did you do in the Army? I was in myself from 1999-2006 Military Police.

@Luis Rosa You have a buyers list of willing and able buyers. what is stopping you from looking for a deal yourself, and marketing it? If you talk to a title agent they usually will be happy to send you a monthly foreclosure list. 

@Stephen Heine a good way to get what you are asking for is to attend the local investor networking events. Hooking up with experienced wholesalers, and appraisers that are willing to let you tag along when they are evaluating properties will provide valuable knowledge that will be extremely helpful to you.
