@Joseph England Great post! Way to smash 2016. I too started investing when I was full time Army (04-13) flipping and rentals. Worked way to many hours those first few years, but it was well worth it.I still do 3-4 flips a year but have focused on the long haul with more rentals and multis.I look forward to your continued success!!

@Alex M. Sound advice for sure. Over 5 years ago i jumped into my first investment property without BP and really no knowledge of RE investments. Luckily it was a slam dunk 4-plex. Now with many hours of podcasts, books, etc have a much better understanding! keep us posted! Congrats on that Tenth unit!
