@David K. Home depot! Occasionally you can find very good products for cheap. We got 1'x2' tile for 0.99/ft before. They looked great.

@Sarah D. Yes! Secret, it's actually a cabinet that goes above a fridge, a platform was built for toe kick, fillers were added and painted, and it came out great!

@Jonathan Blum We get materials that look great but don't break the bank. In a project we have that's currently being worked on we are using a marble look alike tile that's actual ceramic. $2/ft. That backsplash is also about $1.50/ft. There are homes that we spend more on but for the most part we pick affordable materials that look great. 

@Satish Kethineni You can also spend 100k on this here in Chicago! Depends who you hire and where you get your materials from. Some people spend 30k just for a bathroom.

@Nicole C. Yes it's a great thing to do if a window is in the way of extending your kitchen. I have one in my personal home as well. It's very neat. You can get custom sized cushions for them for a low price online. 

@Kevin Folse Supply stores. Home depot, menards (like home depot). Our contractors have SKU sheets so they follow whatever is on their sheet for purchases. We hire staging companies to stage the homes before they're listed. 

@Christian Bors BEHR, eggshell, forget the color name off the top of my head. It's like a grey/beige. Shooting for regular grey is tough as your home can come out blue, purple, green, pink etc. The added beige gives it a light modern touch.

@Jay Hinrichs No electrical. Bathroom plumbing was redone. No HVAC. New roof. We have good crews and use affordable materials. Those floors in the living room are 0.99/ft. It looks like real wood (grooves in between planks, hand scraped feature, etc). 

@Joshua Sclafani Here's an exterior before and after. The after shot is off an iphone. Came out a little "glarey". 

@Paul Amegatcher Not sure about the brand. Lately it's always a shaker style. The total cost on cabinets (including bathroom cabs) was approx $3,000
