@Uriah D. Yes kitchen is one of the only areas that's not just floors and walls (and bathrooms). Always worth it to make kitchens look great especially if you're not staging.

@Account Closed No all the numbers are there.... When I say profit I mean profit.... Look at the numbers again, all holding costs, closing costs, etc are accounted for. Cash deal.
