@Trayvis Kendrick Just staying in touch with what's modern. We consistently change our trends to keep up. For example we no longer do dark grey islands and doors. We do light grey islands and doors on all new projects.

@Candace Postell It was a reno loan. Bank took FOREVER to give initial draw to contractor so that work can start. About 5 months because of that. Otherwise it would've been 2 months.
