the owner is richard i have been using them since 2003. their email is [REMOVED] they charge $259 for a flat fee good for 6 months.

another one is fidelity.com they have flat fee listings too ive used them a few times for the property i had in colorado.

If you want direct target mailing campaign, yellow letter is the best.

Yello Letters is the best, but those you have to write envelope to make it personalize. i have tried usps.com mail merge. it worked for me but not as well as yellow letters. I have a few people here in arizona that i hire to write letters/ envelopes and they do mailing as well.let me know if you are interested I can give you their Info.
